Who we are

PartyTale is run by [Full name or business name], VAT no. [VAT number], [address], Greece. Contact: [email].

What you are buying

Digital PDF files to print at home, made with the details you give us. We do not send anything in printed form. Prices are in euros and include VAT.

Delivery

We email the files to you within 24 hours of payment. If you can’t find them, check your spam folder or write to us.

Changes and refunds

Because the files are made for your party and delivered digitally, by ordering you agree to receive them straight away and you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once they are delivered. If we make a mistake (name, date, style), we fix it free of charge. The Complete package also includes one change to your details after delivery.

Using the files

The files are for your own party. You can print them as many times as you like for it. You may not resell them or share them publicly. For professional use (entertainers, play centres) please get in touch.

Your data

We only ask for what we need to make and send your files: your child’s name and age, the party details, and your name and email.

Why: to fulfil your order and issue a receipt.
How long we keep it: we delete your child’s and the party’s details 30 days after the party date. Your name, email and payment details are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Who sees it: only us. The order form is hosted by Netlify and payment is handled by [Stripe], which does not share your card details with us.
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or send you newsletters unless you ask.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email]. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or the data protection authority in your country.
